Reason for Pledging: I was attracted to the academic and service-based aspect of LTA and although I had known very little about the ladies of LTA before I pledged, I decided to jump in and give it a shot. I loved the motto "Latin by Tradition, not Definition." As time went by, I began to see more and more how LTA was a unique group ladies that I wanted to be a part of. I loved what LTA stood for, especially the principles of Unity, Love, and Respect. It was the perfect opportunity to become a part of a group that did great things for others.
