Many Greek organizations have similar traditions, but one that is unique to Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. is saluting. For our sorority, saluting is used to praise a sister or to honor the sorority's past and current accomplishments. Salutes are typically written by sisters and tend to include words of modern songs and synchronized movements to emphasize points. Saluting symbolizes unity and respect.
